Model Pengelolaan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah di Lingkungan Pondok Pesantren Cipansor

The government regulates Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the 1945 Constitution, especially article 33 which states that "The economy is structured as a joint venture based on the principle of kinship." Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are business groups that depart from the work and initiatives carried out by the community by taking advantage of potential and opportunities that are considered capable of providing a source of income for themselves and the surrounding business groups. This study aims to describe the management model of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Cipansor Islamic Boarding School, including the existence of micro, small and medium enterprises, marketing strategies, business management, mapping of business product potential, and obstacles faced by micro, small and medium business actors. The results of this study show that the MSME management model at the Cipansor Islamic Boarding School has unique characteristics that combine Islamic values with modern business practices. Effective marketing strategies, structured business management, and diverse business potential are important factors in the development of MSMEs in Islamic boarding schools. The obstacles faced need to be overcome through various efforts such as training, mentoring, and cooperation with related parties.
